quick pedicare

- Start by taking a warm shower to soften your skin for scrubbing. You can soak your feet in warm water for 5 minutes instead.
- Massage your feet with a body scrub and focus on the heals. If you have dry and rough areas elsewhere, give them special attention too. Make sure you cover the balls, bottom, and side of each of your feet.
- Perfect your exfoliation by rubbing your feat with a washcloth.
- Hop out of the shower and directly apply a moisturizing cream to lock in the softness. Pick a cream that is absorbed quickly.
- Clip your nails that need trimming while they are still soft from the shower. Use quality clippers to avoid cuts and ingrown nails. Also, make sure that your nails do not extend beyond the tip of your toe.
- File your nails in a single direction until they are smooth and round on the corners. Avoid metallic file; they might rip your nails.
- Use a cuticle remover to remove the cuticles at the base of your nails.
- Apply a base coat to conceal nail imperfections. Use 3 strokesto cover the whole nail.
- Apply your nail polish and follow it up a top coat and you are done.
